I broke the rules and snapped a quick picture in church. Occasionally I will let McKenzie go up on the stand with Nic for the last 5 minutes of the meeting. She cries for him all through sacrament meeting and is thrilled to sit with him when she gets the chance. The crazy thing is she is so good up there. She will quietly and reverently sit on his lap.

I've always appreciated our Stake Presidency and their council since we have been called. They told us if Nic needs to come off the stand to help me or if I need to send kids up to him that is just fine. I feel so grateful that they really know what phase of life we are in and they really do understand.

I just wanted to document this precious time in our lives.
